Data controller

The data controller is Daniele Cardone. For any request about your data you can write to danielecardone13@outlook.com.

What data is processed

If you use the contact form: your name, email address, subject and the text of your message, which you provide voluntarily.

To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile is used. It analyses technical signals from your browser (for example the IP address) without asking you to solve puzzles.

This website does not use profiling or advertising cookies. The only item stored in your browser is the language you choose (local storage on your device), used solely to reopen the site in the right language and never sent to anyone.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used solely to reply to your request. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, if your request concerns a collaboration or a service, the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (point (b)).

Retention

Messages are kept in the controller's mailbox for as long as strictly necessary to handle your request and any resulting collaboration, and are then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.

Providers and recipients

To run the website and the form I rely on Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery and the Turnstile anti-spam check), Resend (delivery of the message by email to the controller) and Microsoft Outlook (the controller's mailbox). These providers act as data processors.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the safeguards provided by law (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

Third-party content and statistics

Videos, when present, are embedded from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) and are loaded only after you click the player; from that moment the provider may process data according to its own policy. The Instagram link is a simple external link.

The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate form, without cookies and without tracking individual users.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to danielecardone13@outlook.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your country.
